About My Clients
My clients are usually First-generation Latinx individuals feeling the weight of intergenerational pressure, racial trauma, or acculturation stress, especially in academic or professional spaces. Those who feel overwhelmed by the city's fast-paced lifestyle — trying to balance work, relationships, family obligations, and their own well-being, and Individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, or religious trauma, who are now questioning inherited belief systems or navigating identity shifts.
My Background and Approach
I use a relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive lens. I frequently practice through cognitive behavioral theory, narrative and strengths-based approaches, mindfulness and attachment theory. My approach is to create a space where you feel grounded, supported, and seen. Together we will work at a pace that honors your voice and your process.

I am a member of of the LGBTQ community, Black Lives Matter Movement.
