I was always the counselor in my family, so it's no wonder I grew up to study psychology and become a therapist. I value authenticity and I believe so much of why we suffer is related to not being able to be truly present and feel seen and understood. Another huge component of suffering is negative thoughts or stories that we tell ourselves. What we believe about ourselves, others and the world deeply impacts how we feel and our sense of hope. With practice we can begin to think differently, which changes the way we feel. It’s up to you to make the changes you want to see in your life. I’ll be there to listen, reflect, question and gently challenge you to take the next steps. My superpower is being fully present with you and seeing you with a clarity you may not get elsewhere.
