About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck. They’re looking for relief from emotional pain, clarity about their experiences, and practical tools to feel more in control. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, respectful, and real.
My Background and Approach
I help people navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and challenges in their relationships—whether with partners, family, or others close to them. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while also using Solution-Focused and holistic approaches to support healing and growth. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy and begin identifying the methods that feel most helpful for your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, respectful, and real. My role is to listen deeply, help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and offer tools that match your life—not a one-size-fits-all plan. Sessions often blend reflection, skill-building, and moments of honest conversation as well as being solution-focused.
