About My Clients
Currently accepting clients in Utah. I specialize in working with black and women of color who need a safe space to process workplace micro-aggression, racial/historical/intergenerational trauma, church hurt, grief, toxic relationships, self-esteem problems, social anxiety, childhood trauma and an unrelenting inner critic problem. Whatever your concern, difficulty or challenge, together we will explore new ways of thinking, behaving and being to transform your life.
My Background and Approach
We strive to decolonize standardized healing practices by honoring contemporary and ancestral healing traditions rooted in anti-oppressive and liberation-focused healing frameworks. Living in these extraordinary times may feel like it is impossible to heal. We understand that your lived experiences, coupled with a global health pandemic, social and racial injustices, implicit bias, gender inequality, immigration issues, food insecurity, pay disparities, state-sanctioned violence, healthcare inequities and anti-LGBTQ+ rights have contributed to a significant increase in intimate partner violence, suicidal thoughts, substance use, anxiety, depression and toxic stress. Although we see clients from all walks of life, we specialize in working with people thrust to the margins, including BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) who need a brave space that centers and validates our experiences. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I will hold space with you as you work to heal yourself to the extent that you desire to do so. My work and my walk with you may include the use of various tools in my tool bag including training in multi-generational trauma and PTSS (Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome), Neuroscience Based Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Reiki and Energy Medicine, Doula, Mindfulness Meditation, Sacred Women work, Crystals and Essential oils.
