About My Clients
I see adults for individual therapy, and specialize in the mental health treatment of Asian and South Asian individuals. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, relational and familial issues, identity development and multicultural exploration. Whether you are someone who is seeking therapy for the first time or someone coming back to therapy, I hope to create a safe space where you can feel seen and heard as your whole self.
My Background and Approach
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Duke University and my doctorate degree from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA. I completed both her predoctoral internship and postdoctoral fellowship at Santa Clara University’s Cowell Health Center. As a therapist, I uses an integrative approach, focusing on learning skills in the here and now as well as increasing awareness of relational patterns, through a multicultural lens. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, body image concerns, relational and familial issues, identity development and multicultural exploration.
