Clinically, I am passionate about providing affordable and effective therapeutic services to marginalized client populations, including but not limited to racial/ethnic minorities, low socioeconomic status, addiction/recovery, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
My Background and Approach
My work focuses on helping you identify and process your emotions, connect with your authentic self, and find practical solutions to your concerns. I believe that you have to know yourself before you can know what you truly want. Because of this, I take a humanistic and collaborative approach to treatment, drawing largely from experiential and solution-focused therapy.
