About My Clients
My clients come out feeling heard, validated, and respected in the first session is the start of building rapport and better understand of one's self. I always like to follow up with resources pertaining to coping skills along with the goals/need areas established. I am open to those that have previous experience with therapy, as well, and thrive best with assignments/readings in-between sessions.
My Background and Approach
I spent the first 7 years post-grad working in a residential facility with adolescents, and last 2 years proving care through telehealth therapy to people from many walks of life. Over the years, I have worked with various diagnoses including depression, anxiety, ADHD, severe trauma, PTSD, dual diagnosis, and personality disorders; along with areas like family issues and grief/loss.
