My Background and Approach
My practice is built on the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to feel heard without the fear of being judged. I have many years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan experiencing feelings of anxiety and depression often associated with relationship issues, work or college stress, life transitions, grief and loss, mood disorders, illness, caregiver stress, parenting challenges, ADHD. Utilizing evidence based strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Short Term Solution Focused Therapy, therapy will be tailored to meet your individual needs and moves at a pace comfortable for you.
