About My Clients

Feeling stuck, ignored, lost, or overwhelmed? What if your wildest and most authentic dreams became a reality? As a QTBIPOC therapist, I support my clients in leading the lives of their dreams, understanding that the change we do together in therapy is a microcosm of the change that occurs in our communities! My liberatory social work practice is informed by my communities’ intersectional identities, and my desire to ensure that those of us disempowered receive healing services.

My Background and Approach

I incorporate relational, mindfulness-based (from my yoga certification), somatics, art, CBT, strengths centered, intersectional, & queer/trans lenses into my social work. I hope that during our sessions together, you feel empowered, valued, seen, and listened to. I will support you in unpacking generational trauma, moving past survival, & into intentional & balanced living with yourself & others! I have the honor of collaborating with QTBIPOC, students, first gen/immigrants, and organizers/activists looking to heal their inner child, practice boundary-setting, express emotions, process trauma, slow down, and reconnect with their authenticity. I provide virtual services to those 18+ in WA state. I will hear you every step of the way, engage with you on ways to heal, and celebrate this courageous journey of your commitments. I want all parts of you to be celebrated during our time together... and of course, beyond <3.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My therapy is informed by my and QTBIPOC community's intersectional experinces (from individual experinces of trauma to historical and ongoing political-level violence). I acknowledge the harm that social work and other institutes of "support" have particularly done to BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ folks. I, too, was once a client, still a child, seeking support and rather than feeling better, I was further harmed. I hold so much gratitude for folks who return to therapy and ask for help... it is such a hard thing to do! Therapy for me is one of the purest forms of human connection, and I am honored by the trust folks share with me to join them on their beautiful journeys to selves. I am committed to myself and my community's healing, which includes rest, authenticity, safety/security, an ever-burning sense of worth, and reconnection with our Ancestors, and ultimately, our truest selves.
