I take a direct and solution-focused approach, but always with deep care and understanding. Together, we’ll work to lessen the impact of trauma by addressing the anxiety, panic attacks, dissociation, and relationship struggles that may be weighing on you. We’ll start with what you’re experiencing right now, finding ways to quiet unhelpful thoughts and calm your body. For the past decade, my work has been centered on helping women break free from anxiety. I’ve trained in cutting-edge techniques designed to help you understand what’s happening in your brain and body.
