I consider the impact of biology, lifestyle, and psychological factors, while incorporating your unique strengths. Evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, and ERP, are used to achieve your goals. I work with adults (18+), older adults (60+), and couples to address concerns related to anxiety, OCD, relationship issues and dating, life-transitions, self-esteem, and stress. With support, my clients develop new coping skills and responses. I look forward to working collaboratively with you towards a hopeful future and increased personal satisfaction.
