About My Clients
Are you doing your best to hold it all together, but could use a space to breathe, unload, and feel supported? My clients range from teens to older adults, and often come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the past. Together, we work to untangle those heavy feelings, understand where they come from, and build tools to move forward with more ease and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-focused therapist with over five years of experience helping clients rebuild trust in themselves and the world around them. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful approach that helps people process painful memories and move beyond feeling “stuck” in past experiences. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and deeply human. In our work together, I focus on helping you strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating anxiety, or simply learning how to show up for yourself with more compassion, I aim to create a space that meets you where you are and supports the version of you that’s still growing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their own story. I value authenticity and compassion. I believe healing happens when we can show up as our full, imperfect selves and feel met with understanding instead of judgment. Outside of work, I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and supporting causes that promote trauma awareness, reproductive wellness, and accessible care for all. I care deeply about helping people find balance in a world that often demands too much and gives too little grace. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me spending time with my family, listening to a true-crime podcast, or cheering loud for a Cleveland Sports team.I believe that joy and rest are just as much a part of healing as the hard work we do in therapy.
