My clients range from teens to older adults, and often come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by the past. Together, we work to untangle those heavy feelings, understand where they come from, and build tools to move forward with more ease and confidence.
My Background and Approach
I’m a trauma-focused therapist with over five years of experience helping clients rebuild trust in themselves. My goal is to make therapy feel safe, collaborative, and deeply human. In our work together, I focus on helping you strengthen coping skills, regulate emotions, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. My clients describe me as warm and real. I bring humor and honesty into the room while helping people navigate life transitions. At the heart of my work is a deep belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their own story. I value authenticity and compassion.
