About My Clients
My client's typically struggle from anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia and disordered eating. They are often struggling to give up their disorder because it feels safe although we both know its not. I want you to know you are not alone and healing from your eating disorder truly is possible. Lets work together and we can quiet and hopefully eventually silence your Ed voice. You are not your disorder I promise!
My Background and Approach
I use eclectic evidence-based approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from an informed approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also use creative arts therapy, mindfulness work, yoga therapy and trauma counseling as needed. You'll receive both accountability and compassion from me in session and remember I am 100% on your side!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing from an eating disorder takes time but true freedom from your eating disorder is possible! I strongly believe that all bodies are good bodies and eating disorders DO NOT have a look. Please know no matter how you eating disorder, anxiety or disordered eating is presenting you deserve help and I will always have your back!! I also believe that you are WORTHY of a life with out an eating disorder and a safe space to heal. I would be honored to create that space with you! Book today!
