My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience helping couples. I work with all couples, including those recovering from infidelity, struggling with constant conflict, or who feel they’ve lost their spark. I draw on a variety of clinical approaches and extensive training in multicultural counseling, recovery, abuse, anxiety, and depression to tailor support to each couple’s needs. My goal is to help partners reconnect, improve communication, and strengthen their relationship.
