My Background and Approach
While therapy can be an intimidating and vulnerable experience, together we will overcome heightened thoughts and emotions and create a brighter you. As we are all unique, I work to integrate various therapeutic modalities that fit your needs such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy and Reality Therapy; I also integrate effective skills to include active communication, proactive coping skills and building self-esteem.

Welcome! I am Gabrielle Caruso and I am a LGBTQIA+ Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas) who specializes in guiding you to a happier & healthier mindset. I provide care to adolescents and adults in a range of difficulties to include generalized anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and more. I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology as well as a Masters degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling, with experience in providing direction to individuals who need assistance to decrease recidivism and conquer every day life.
