About My Clients
I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many clients struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship stress, or emotional regulation. You may find yourself overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling unsure of your next steps. Therapy is a space to build clarity, confidence, and healthier ways of coping.
My Background and Approach
I hold a B.A. and M.Ed. in Counseling and am a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I completed a year-long internship as a substance use therapist, which broadened my clinical experience and strengthened my skills in assessment, treatment planning, and supportive counseling. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered therapy, while integrating additional evidence-based modalities based on each client’s needs. In sessions, clients can expect a balance of validation, insight, and practical tools. We focus on identifying unhelpful patterns, building coping skills that translate into everyday life, and increasing self-awareness and emotional flexibility. Therapy is collaborative and paced intentionally, allowing space for exploration and growth. My goal is to create a grounded, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to make meaningful, sustainable change.
