About My Clients
I work well with Millennials and Gen-Zers as they navigate their unique lives and challenges. My specialties include: improving anxiety, relational issues, processing trauma, life adjustments, and identity development. I have a background in supporting LGBTQ-identified folx, providing gender-affirming care to all.
My Background and Approach
I studied at Northwestern University, receiving my Master of Arts in Counseling. Since then I have sought to strengthen my skills, training as a Certified Trauma Professional (will receive CTP in 2022) to provide my clients with the tools they need to live with the little and big "T" traumas in their lives. There are no cookie-cutters in therapy- I will meet you where you are and work collaboratively with you to uncover what is holding you back from embracing your best self. I am experienced with psychodynamic therapy, gender-affirming care, feminist therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked and received training from non-profit agencies that served the LGBTQ communities (including Out Youth and Trans Wellness in Austin, TX) and the Jewish community (Jewish Family Service) as well as a large telehealth start-up providing me with a wide-range of experiences.
