About My Clients
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to navigate life’s challenges? Do you find yourself questioning your motivations or struggling to connect with your sense of self? Maybe you’re feeling isolated or unsure how to begin addressing the emotions you’ve been holding inside. If this resonates, know that you’re not alone—I’m here to help. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a brave step toward understanding yourself and creating meaningful, lasting change. Let’s explore this
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University (2015). I’ve worked with a diverse range of young and middle-aged adults, helping them navigate life stressors, improve performance, and find direction. My focus areas include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, career stress, and performance counseling. In sessions, I bring my authentic self and encourage you to do the same. We’ll meet you where you are, set meaningful goals, and create a plan to help you reach them. I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR for trauma, IFS to explore inner relationships, Positive Psychology to highlight strengths, Existentialism to address life’s big questions, and a Person-Centered approach. Together, we’ll tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and guide you toward clarity, growth, and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that the heart of therapy lies in a strong, trusting relationship. My passion is creating a safe space where growth and self-reflection flourish. I see therapy as a collaborative process, helping you uncover your strengths and embrace the potential that’s already within you. Everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change, and I’m here to support and guide you on that journey.
