My Background and Approach
I’m passionate about working with college students and young adults who are navigating the challenges of early adulthood. This stage of life is full of transitions, questions about identity, and pressures around relationships, academics, and the future. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, process what you’re going through, and feel truly heard. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, and IFS, while always centering around your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership. We will create a space where we explore patterns, build coping strategies, and discover new perspectives together. I also focus on helping clients uncover their strengths, develop self-compassion, and create meaningful changes that fit their lives. Therapy with me is not about fixing who you are, but about creating space to grow into who you want to be.
