ANXIETY: You just want to free from you anxiety, from the racing thoughts & overwhelm. I help you have the tools you need to feel yourself again. TEEN: Your teen is just not acting like themselves- they are in their room a lot & anxious and you just want to get them the help they need. You try to ask them what is wrong but you get no answer & don't know what to do or how to help. They are an amazing kid, but the last few years have been tough on them and they need that extra support.
My Background and Approach
With over 10+ years of clinical and education expertise, I support your teen through this challenging time, to have a safe place to share their experiences while also developing useful coping mechanisms to help them manage their anxiety, depression and stress. I have worked extensively with teens and aim to allow them to feel welcomed, heard and comfortable. As a certified hypnotherapist I bring a focus on mindfulness and helpful calming techniques. My aim is that therapy offers real progress with real results for you and for your teen.

I understand that entering therapy and talking about one’s experience can be scary and overwhelming. I believe that it is important to offer research-based approaches while also ensuring that you and your teen feel understood and respected. I am grateful for this opportunity to work with so many amazing teens and parents and feel honored to be apart of their journey to change.
