My clients are often insightful, high-functioning, and the ones others depend on, yet they feel stuck in emotional or relational patterns that insight alone has not shifted. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, attachment wounds, identity transitions, and perinatal journeys. They are ready for therapy that goes deeper than talking and creates real, lasting change.
My Approach to Helping
My work integrates EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and mindfulness-based practices to help your nervous system process what your mind already understands. I have advanced training in trauma and attachment and specialize in relational wounds, childhood and adult trauma, and identity transitions. This approach allows change to feel real in your day-to-day life, your relationships, and your sense of self.
Why I Became a Therapist
I believe healing happens in spaces where you do not have to perform, have it all together, or be the strong one. Therapy with me is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your nervous system’s pace. I value depth, authenticity, and the mind–body connection, and I am especially passionate about helping people feel more at home in themselves and more secure in their relationships. Outside the therapy room, I am drawn to nature, movement, and the restorative connection between humans and animals, which continues to inform the way I understand regulation, attachment, and healing.
