Teens face a world that moves fast and asks a lot. I help adolescents navigate anxiety, depression, identity, self-worth, and the pressure to have it all figured out before they're ready. Using play, creativity, and evidence-based approaches, I create a space where teens can finally exhale, be themselves, and build the inner tools they need to thrive.

Life asks a lot of women, and most of us were never taught how to ask for help. I work with women navigating anxiety, depression, grief, body image, self-worth, and the quiet exhaustion of always holding it together. Therapy here is collaborative, warm, and grounded in your real life. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, trust your own voice, and build a life that actually feels like yours.

An ADHD diagnosis can feel like finally having a word for something you've carried your whole life. I help kids, teens, and adults understand how their brains work, and build strategies that actually fit them. We'll move beyond shame and frustration toward self-awareness, practical tools, and genuine confidence. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have known for years, you deserve support that sees your strengths, not just your struggles.

IFS changed the way I understand people, including myself. Though self-taught, I've spent 4 years studying the model deeply, integrating it into my clinical work, and seeing firsthand how it helps clients move from self-criticism to genuine self-compassion. As a client, it's my favorite modality. IFS is part of the lens I see through. It helps us get curious about the parts of you that protect, hurt, or hold you back, and find the Self that's been there all along.

Play is a child's first language, and one I have loved learning again. I'm currently working toward my Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential and building supervised hours in a modality I believe in deeply. In our work together, play isn't just fun; it's how kids process, communicate, and heal. Through sand, art, movement, and imagination, children can express what they don't yet have words for. It's some of the most meaningful work I do.

As a Phase 1 trained Brainspotting therapist, I use this gentle, brain-body approach to help clients process what words sometimes can't access. Whether you're carrying anxiety, grief, trauma, or something you can't quite name, Brainspotting creates space for deep healing at your own pace.
