About My Clients

Are you the one everyone leans on but no one checks in on? Maybe you keep the peace, take care of others, or hold it all in because that’s what’s expected. You’re exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from yourself or the people you love. I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to unpack the roles they’ve been stuck in whether shaped by trauma, identity, family dynamics, or past relationships—and build something more honest and connected. If you’re craving a space where you don’

My Background and Approach

I’m a registered associate clinical social worker with experience in private practice, community mental health, jails, and transitional housing. My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and the belief that healing happens in relationships where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, whether it’s anxiety, relationship stress, unresolved trauma, identity shifts, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of your next step. My style is collaborative, grounded, and relational. I’m not just here to listen, I’m here to help you connect the dots, understand what’s driving your patterns, and move toward change that actually sticks. Together, we’ll build insight and practical tools so you can strengthen boundaries, manage your emotions, and feel more connected to yourself and others. Whether you’ve been to therapy before or this is your first time, you’re welcome here.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is more accessible and effective when it’s rooted in safety, representation, and trust. Marginalized communities, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and justice-involved individuals deserve care that honors their experiences without judgment or assumption. I’m committed to creating a space where you don’t have to educate your therapist in order to be understood. Everyone deserves access to support that reflects who they are and what they’ve lived through and I show up in this work with that responsibility in mind.
