About My Clients
I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, low self-esteem, or relational conflict—including struggles with communication and parent-child dynamics. These challenges often bring a sense of overwhelm, disconnection, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift. I provide a safe space to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. Over time, many find greater connection, clarity, and an internal sense of calm—even when life remains complex.
My Background and Approach
My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. I integrate modalities such as IFS, EMDR, DBT, and CBT to meet each person’s unique needs. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your inner world, strengthen self-understanding, and work toward healing at a pace that feels safe.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have resilience and strength in overcoming their challenges. In this journey, I offer a space of curiosity and openness for you to explore who you are within your challenges. The goal isn’t just to overcome difficulties, but to feel more connected and fulfilled in yourself. In each session, we’ll identify practical ways to cope and move forward, so you feel supported between sessions. We’ll track progress, notice barriers, and problem-solve together. Change can be uncomfortable—even scary—and also necessary. You don’t have to go through it alone.
