About My Clients
We all find ourselves struggling with big emotions at times whether it's sadness, anxiety, anger or guilt and it can be hard to communicate and cope during these times. We have a variety of different therapists to help you find the best fit. We specialize in children, teens and adults. We work with those who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger, behavioral concerns, grief, stress, identity, family conflict, postpartum, caregiver burnout and parenting skills.
My Background and Approach
All of our providers provide a person centered and empathetic approach. At our practice we have therapist trained in the following evidence based practices: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR, and Family therapy, solution focused therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness and more.
