About My Clients
Have you found yourself feeling stuck? Do you ever feel held back or even controlled by difficult thoughts or emotions? Of course you have, in fact we all have struggled with being in this space and not knowing how to move forward. One of the most difficult parts of being in this situation is going through it alone without any tools. By exploring your experiences in a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental way, we can find out what is hooking you and empower you to unhook yourself.
My Background and Approach
Throughout life, we are faced with many decisions, which can be boiled down to acting in a way that moves us forward, and acting in a way that moves us backwards. To assist clients in bringing more meaning to their lives, I plan on building awareness of what matters, awareness of the decisions as they come up, and the strength to make the forward choice.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a clinician, I believe every person has the potential for change and a right to a meaningful life. Emotions like sadness, anger, anxiety, all have their place in life, but it shouldn’t be the only part of life. By using an integrative, strengths and evidence-based approach, we can expand your world, and make space for what matters.
