My Background and Approach
At Free Spirit Counseling we are an exclusively online group practice, we make therapy convenient for you. All of our clinicians specialize in many areas of mental health such as depression, anxiety, multicultural and racial issues, grief and loss, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues (to name a few).
