About My Clients
I've had the privilege of supporting kids, adolescents, adults, and their families across cultures to support healing, self-awareness and empowerment. I have experience with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also support stress management, life transitions and overall well being. I utilize a mix of client-centered play therapy, fundamentals of gestalt, mindfulness, CBT and solution-focused therapy to create an environment for growth.
My Background and Approach
In my experience in the field of counseling, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals and families on their quests for healing, self-awareness, and empowerment. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and my master’s degree from Palo Alto University (CACREP Accredited). In my spare time, I love playing sports, writing and listening to music. I incorporate these interests into my work when appropriate.
