About My Clients
I work best with thoughtful, capable adults and couples who may look successful on the outside yet feel anxious, disconnected, burned out, or caught in patterns they cannot quite shift. Many have already done meaningful therapy and want to go deeper; others are beginning for the first time. My clients value honesty, curiosity, and a therapist who can hold complexity without making the work feel abstract. I also support people preparing for or integrating psychedelic experiences.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, direct, relational, and tailored to the person in front of me. I combine clinical intuition and experience with rigorous theoretical training, drawing from Hakomi, Gestalt, somatic and psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and couples work. Rather than applying one method to everyone, we pay close attention to what is happening in the room and build a clear path toward change. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology and an MBA, and I am the founder and owner of a mental health clinic. My work in psychedelic-assisted therapy includes clinical practice, research involvement, and work with Polaris Insight Center in integration and professional training. In my private practice, I offer psychotherapy and psychedelic preparation and integration; I do not currently provide ketamine-assisted sessions through this practice. Sessions are online for clients in California. Individual sessions are $250; couples sessions are $325. I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe good therapy is both deeply human and intellectually honest. It should make room for the whole person: mind, body, relationships, culture, and meaning. My practice is affirming of diverse identities, relationships, and paths to healing.
