I have worked with adolescents, adults, and families affected by depression in both outpatient and intensive treatment settings. I help clients understand the factors contributing to their depression, build effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and gradually re-engage with the people, activities, and goals that matter most to them.

I have extensive experience helping adolescents and adults manage anxiety, including excessive worry, overthinking, panic symptoms, social anxiety, perfectionism, and stress related to school, work, relationships, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches such as ACT and DBT, I help clients develop practical skills to navigate difficult emotions, reduce avoidance, build resilience, and move toward the life they want even when anxiety is present.

Trauma can affect the way we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. I have experience helping adolescents and adults navigate the effects of traumatic experiences, including anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and low self-worth. Using a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I help clients build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing while honoring their unique experiences and story.

CBT helps one understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking, and build practical skills for managing life’s challenges. This structured, goal-oriented approach can be effective for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem.

ACT helps clients build a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions while focusing on what truly matters to them. Together, we’ll explore your values, develop skills to navigate difficult experiences, and take meaningful steps toward creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

DBT helps one develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. I use DBT to help clients navigate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, reduce impulsive behaviors, and build greater confidence in managing life’s challenges. The goal is to create lasting change while approaching yourself with greater self-awareness and compassion.
