About My Clients

I enjoy working with adults who feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions. Many of my clients are caregivers, professionals, or parents who have spent so much energy caring for others that they’ve lost touch with themselves. I provide a supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen self-worth, and build healthier coping tools. My goal is to help you feel less alone, more grounded, and empowered to create the change you want.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with extensive experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse individuals and groups, helping people uncover strengths and new ways of coping. I specialize in supporting adults who give so much to others that they feel depleted or disconnected from themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, blending evidence-based practices with compassionate care. Clients often share that therapy helps them feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to offer a supportive environment where you can explore new perspectives, build resilience, and develop tools for meaningful, lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves compassion, dignity, and a chance to be fully themselves without judgment. I value authenticity and strive to create an environment where people feel encouraged to embrace their whole story, not just the parts they think are acceptable. Advocacy and community care are important to me—I support movements that promote equity, mental health awareness, and social justice. I am especially passionate about breaking down the stigma around seeking therapy, particularly in communities where mental health is often overlooked or misunderstood. Outside of my work, I enjoy engaging in causes that center wellness, family, and empowerment. These values guide how I show up as a therapist: with openness, respect, and a commitment to helping each person feel more connected, resilient, and hopeful.
