About My Clients
My clients come to me because they are struggling and feel trapped with their problems and no matter what they have tried (and many have tried therapy before) they can't pull themselves out of the repetitive difficult times. My clients leave, empowered, with specific tools that reshape how they live. My clients understand themselves in ways no one has ever taught them before and thus begin to find the light at the end of the tunnel.
My Background and Approach
I am certified in EMDR, and fully trained in Clinical Hypnosis, licensed in PA, TX, FL. I follow the fidelity of empirical studied tools and approaches to help you become your true authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone is unique and you will be heard and seen. I will work alongside you using my therapeutic approaches tailored to who you are. I am an EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) coach and consultant for therapists seeking training and certification, this keeps me abreast and updated on this wonderful therapy. I also offer Clinical Hypnosis which is a very effective option as well to use in our sessions along with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Parts work (we all have talking parts) we will get to know yours.
