About My Clients
Many people (adults, teens and kids) endure and wrestle with daily life struggles, without having a foundation of stability to manage or balance the whirlwinds of life. I offer different avenues and resources to help individuals achieve their personal goals … whether it’s through therapy, coaching (individual/groups) or experiential workshops.
