About My Clients
I am trained in a variety of techniques to address stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, neurodiversity, and life transitions. I work virtually so you can attend your session from the comfort of your own home. I utilize multiple modes of expression depending upon your needs; and I work with adults ages 20 to 65.
My Background and Approach
I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that emphasizes awareness, mind/body experiencing, and the power of choice. Individuals who work with me express feeling relief of anxiety and depression, especially since I am also a yoga teacher and can work to help diminish anxiety through breathing exercises and movement. Furthermore, we can work to become more aware of our thoughts while changing our relationship to the thinking process, sensations, and emotions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
