About My Clients
I work with adults who have spent years being responsible, high-functioning, and dependable for others. Over time, this can lead to chronic stress, burnout, unresolved grief, or feeling disconnected from yourself. I provide a thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded space to process these experiences, build self-awareness, and respond to life with more choice, balance, and emotional steadiness.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the founder of Pipit Mental Health. Over the past six years, I’ve supported adults navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Saint Leo University and am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, continuing advanced training in trauma and integrative approaches. My style is steady, collaborative, and supportive. I meet you where you are and honor your pace. I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, attachment-based approaches, CBT, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and parts-informed therapy to help you process difficult experiences, understand your patterns, regulate your emotions, and respond to stress in ways that feel sustainable and empowering.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about what’s happening inside. Many adults seek therapy for anxiety, burnout, or depression, but beneath these symptoms often lie patterns shaped by trauma, early relationships, or chronic stress. I value: Respecting your pace and readiness Emotional regulation and nervous system health A collaborative relationship where your voice matters Balancing practical skill-building with deeper processing Strengths-based approaches that build self-trust I’m committed to creating a space where therapy feels thoughtful, grounded, and supportive not rushed. Beyond my work, I care about trauma awareness, emotional wellness, and supporting communities in finding healing and resilience.
