About My Clients
I work with women navigating the complexities of midlife, including perimenopause and menopause, an empty nest, aging parents, burnout, relationship changes, and shifting roles and identities. Many of my clients have spent years caring for others, striving to meet expectations, or struggling with perfectionism, and now find themselves wondering, “What about me?” Our work focuses on reconnecting with who you are, what you need, and how you want to move forward.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience across a range of settings, including hospitals, schools, mental health clinics, crisis services, group practices, and private practice. My approach is highly individualized: treatment goals, pacing, and strategies are tailored to you and what you need. Together, we’ll explore patterns that can help make sense of what’s happening now, while identifying practical, tangible strategies for moving forward. My style is collaborative, solution-focused, and grounded in honest reflection, with the goal of creating meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people have an inherent capacity for growth, insight, and meaningful change. We all develop patterns over time, and with support, curiosity, and honest reflection, we can better understand what serves us and what no longer does. I believe in helping people recognize their strengths, practice greater self-acceptance, and make choices that feel more aligned with who they are and who they want to become.
