About My Clients
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, grief and life transitions. I have expertise working with individuals and couples facing challenges in their relationship, such as communication issues, sexual difficulties, infertility, and adjustment to postpartum and parenting. My Background and Approach
I received a master in Clinical Health Psychology at the University of Florence (Italy) and a master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Ohio State University. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. This diverse professional training helped me develop a culturally-sensitive and strength-based approach to mental health and wellness that highly informs the work with my clients.

I believe in the collaborative nature of the counseling process. We work together to understand your needs, identify goals, and take steps toward achieving them.
