My Background and Approach
I provide short term, solution focused interventions. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, test anxiety and fear of the future. Some have relationship issues and some just feel overwhelmed and alone: Person-centered, unconditional acceptance with clear goals for therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves unconditional positive regard. I believe in tackling difficulties head on and being truthful, honest and supportive. I believe parents who have children who are in the LGBTQ + community, may benefit from therapy to know how to support and love their children unconditionally. I believe that marriages can be saved form pornography, affairs and communication difficulty. I do not tolerant violence in any relationship.
