About My Clients
I wanna see you win! Mental health is so important, yet it is often stigmatized, but not in our sessions. Together we will identify what your mental health challenges are and manage those symptoms that interfere with life. I look forward to develop that therapeutic relationship that allows us to overcome challenges as we navigate the road to successful outcomes.
My Background and Approach
I am as diverse as my name. A huge part of my treatment success is being able to develop personalized treatment approaches. As a therapist, I have laughed with an 80-year-old, cried with a 7yr old, and drew pictures with a teenager, all of these cases resulting in accomplished treatment goals. Some important aspects of therapy are cultural diversity, a client-centered process, and an evidence-based practice. With these in place, therapy can work!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all encounter things in life that impact our mental health. I value people and celebrate anyone brave enough to take on the challenge of changing the way we think, the way we process information, and the way we are affected by traumatic events, challenges and the sometimes overwhelming issues of life. I can help because I honestly believe therapy works.
