About My Clients
I work with couples and individuals who want more than quick fixes. Many clients come in feeling disconnected in relationships, caught in repeating patterns, managing anxiety, or navigating important life transitions. Therapy offers a private, supportive space to gain clarity, improve communication, and create meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience practicing in the Larchmont Village area. I provide in-person therapy in Los Angeles and telehealth sessions throughout California. My practice focuses on couples work, relationship concerns, anxiety, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I draw from attachment-based, post-modern, and practical approaches tailored to each client’s goals. I hold a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and have trained in hospital and community mental health settings.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a place where people feel understood, challenged in helpful ways, and supported as they grow. Change often begins with greater self-awareness, healthier communication, and the courage to approach familiar problems differently. I value warmth, honesty, and a collaborative process that respects each person’s unique history and goals. In my work with couples and individuals, I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. I am committed to providing thoughtful, inclusive care in my Larchmont Village office and through telehealth across California.
