About My Clients
You feel talked down to, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to fit into a world that doesn’t seem built for you? Maybe loud noises feel overwhelming, trust feels difficult, or the world itself can feel harsh and scary while others seem to move through it with ease. You may long for softness: a space where you can unmask, express yourself freely, and feel accepted without needing to explain every part of yourself.
My Background and Approach
You do not need to perform, make eye contact, or find the “right” words here. We can work through imagination, silence, creativity, humor, movement, sensory grounding, or simply being together. I work with queer, trans, neurodivergent, and highly sensitive people, honoring intercultural and spiritual dimensions of experience, in a softer, more authentic way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is relational, somatic, and creative, grounded in social justice and inclusion. I actively guide you with tools for self-connection, emotional regulation, and embodiment. We can explore your inner “parts”—overwhelm, shutdown, intensity, tenderness—without needing to suppress or silence anything. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out.
