About My Clients
I have varied experience in a multitude of clinical settings ranging from carceral, educational, and addiction through my training in both the United States and Europe. I am experienced in working with clients with a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting, trauma, eating disorders and relationship problems.I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where everyone can explore a variety of topics and learn to celebrate their differences.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is multifaceted and my formal spans from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, motivational interviewing, interpersonal and family systems therapy. My therapeutic focus is progressive, collaborative, and reflects my experience working with range of individuals from all over the world. Through my diverse background and travels I have gained expert level cultural competence and have increase knowledge working with culturally diverse family systems and youth. I have experience in school counseling working with adolescents and adults. I also have extensive experience working within social and public health services, as well as psychology research at Frostberg University.
