Whether you look "fine" on the outside but feel completely exhausted on the inside, or you’ve started feeling more like roommates than a couple, I’m here as your teammate. I help you break the patterns and the pressure that leave you drained so you can finally figure out what’s next. I don’t start by looking at what’s "wrong" with you. I start with the ways you’ve managed to get this far, even if it doesn’t feel like much right now.
My Background and Approach
We start by looking at the heavy stuff together and getting clear on what is causing the most stress right now. You’ll walk away from our first few visits with a real understanding of why things feel this way and a plan for how we’ll deal with it together. From there, we work side-by-side to break the habits that leave you going in circles. I don't give one-size-fits-all advice. Instead, we use what’s already working for you to handle the tension differently. The goal is for you to trust yourself enough to make your own decisions without overthinking every move.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I recognize the the unique pressure of navigating two different worlds at once. Whether we’re speaking Spanish, English, or everyday Spanglish, I provide a space where you don’t have to filter your story to make it fit. We focus on the work itself, with the understanding that the cultural context of your life is a natural part of the conversation. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually at home in The Woodlands playing video games with my husband or out for a walk with my dog. I love spending time with my family, whether we’re exploring Texas state parks or just gathering to celebrate the moments that keep us grounded.
