You’ve made it this far, and that is the first step. As a human, there are often times where the weight of our life seems unbearable and you may feel like you’re going through it alone. You don’t have to. At Live Life Unlimited Counseling, Our therapists can help navigate those feelings and assist in seeing the path you have set for yourself. Whether it's working through anxiety, depression, grief, life events, trauma, transitions, or even day to day motivation, I am here to help work it out.
My Background and Approach
My goal at Live Life Unlimited Counseling is to create a space where you feel supported through out your healing journey and to nurture a therapeutic relationship. I have a holistic, humanistic and mindfulness background. I am also certified to treat complex trauma (C-PTSD). Although I have trained with a range of therapy modalities, I tend to focus more on a person-in-environment approach. I am here to receive “the good, the bad, & the ugly” with wide open arms, and guide you in realizing despite it all, here you are living. Our practice also offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for treatment resistant depression/anxiety, OCD, PTSD, etc. It is a mental health treatment that involves using ketamine’s dissociative properties, to help individuals work through various mental and emotional challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Sometimes when life gets hard, we surmise ourselves to our hardships. We get stuck in the thought process of “why is this happening to me” and cannot get past it. You are so much more than you believe yourself to be – You are a resilient being that has survived all the years you have lived. If we, as beings, can survive the unimaginable and can learn to channel that belief into our being, we’ll see those hardships as stepping stones meant to be left behind.
