I work with folks navigating anxiety, gender alignment, neurodivergence and surviving late stage capitalism. My Background and Approach
I believe that you are the expert in the room and that the wisdom in your lived experience will help us collaboratively create a healing space that supports you. Working with me would be collaborative, explorative, and affirming. Together we can create a healing space that is fit to your needs, whether that is exploring your identities or coping with dysphoria, chronic illness and pain, practicing new relationship patterns, or processing the weight of oppressive systems. I mean, who wouldn't be anxious or depressed with the current state of the world, right now?
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach stems from an understanding that we all exist in political and social environments that often shape how we view ourselves and the world. With this understanding, I believe that it is often systems of oppression, and not personal limitations, that lead to so-called diagnoses. My therapeutic work is non-pathologizing, and neurodivergent, culturally, and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I believe that you are the expert in the room and together we can create a space that feels supportive to you. Everyone holds the inner resources they need to heal and empower themself. It would be an honor to hold and witness your humanness while you reacquaint yourself with those abilities within yourself. I hope that in working together you begin to shed any shame-inducing or painful messages from society and are able to work towards feelings of wholeness and authenticity.
