About My Clients
You may appear capable and composed on the outside while feeling anxious, exhausted, or emotionally stuck inside. Perhaps your mind doesn’t slow down, old experiences affect your relationships, or burnout has quietly built up. A loss or major life adjustment may have left you feeling unsteady, or you may be questioning your career direction. Many adults I work with are thoughtful and self-aware — yet tired of managing stress and emotions alone.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and major life adjustments. My approach is compassionate and structured — therapy is a space where you feel supported while actively working toward meaningful growth. We collaborate to identify patterns rooted in past experiences, chronic stress, perfectionism, or unresolved grief, and build practical skills to strengthen emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and respond to challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from cognitive, behavioral, and psychosocial frameworks to create a personalized path toward greater insight, resilience, and lasting change. My style is thoughtful, direct, and grounded, with a focus on sustainable growth both inside and outside of session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in creating a therapy space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and major life adjustments, helping them build resilience, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
