About My Clients
If you’re neurodivergent—ADHD, Autistic, or exploring—I offer a space where you can feel understood and supported. Together we can work on self-compassion, identity, and creating a life that fits you and your needs. I support clients with executive functioning, Autistic burnout, chronic illness, and energy management, always at a pace that feels right for them. My practice affirms queer, trans, and non-traditional relationship communities, and welcomes adults ages 18–65.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational and affirming, rooted in the belief that therapy works best when you feel safe to be your full self. I draw from a psychodynamic lens to help explore identity and patterns, while integrating practical tools from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness when they are useful. I emphasize collaboration, self-compassion, and choice, always moving at a pace that supports sustainable change. For neurodivergent adults, I often help with building skills, managing energy, and recovering from burnout, while also drawing on my social work background to support navigating resources and systems.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and rooted in disability justice. My work is informed by social work values of equity, accessibility, and community care, and I see healing as both personal and connected to larger systems. I view neurodivergence through a strengths-based lens, honoring it as a valid and valuable way of being. As a queer and genderfluid AuDHDer, I bring openness and transparency into my practice, while focusing on helping clients feel affirmed in who they are and empowered in how they live. I am committed to social justice, community support, and creating spaces where people can rest, grow, and belong.
