About My Clients
My clients are feral cryptids: the weird, mislabeled, marginalized folx who find themselves at the intersectionality of autism, transness, queerness. These folx have often experienced varied levels of trauma and misdiagnoses, and are ready to process all of this, unmask, and come into themselves in a new and beautiful way.
My Background and Approach
I support neurodiverse and gender-diverse clients through identity, trauma, and anxiety struggles. In our collaborative space, you're the expert in your own life. I am here to act as a guide, however you decide to show up (and glow up) in therapy. I am basic trained in EMDR, and have experience with DBT, ACT, CBT, and other modalities, which we will mod podge together in a way that works best for your unique self
