I believe anger is data and should be listened to. Together, we'll identify the emotions beneath your anger, explore where they originated, uncover the unmet needs and frustrations that fuel it, and examine how it affects your life and relationships. We'll develop a clear map of your emotional patterns so you can respond with greater awareness, make choices that align with your values, and break the cycle of conflict.

I believe identity is shaped in relationship—with ourselves, our communities, and the world around us. Through a lens of cultural humility, I'll help you explore how controlling images, cultural messages, and systems of power, oppression and privilege, have constrained your life and shaped your identity. Together, we'll identify the beliefs that no longer serve you, strengthen your authentic voice, and cultivate a greater sense of belonging, connection, and self-definition.

I believe conflict is often a signal of disconnection, not incompatibility. As an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT), I help couples identify the attachment needs beneath recurring arguments, clarify the patterns that create distance, and build new experiences of emotional safety. Together, we'll strengthen your connection so both partners feel seen, secure, and understood.

As a Relational-Cultural Therapist, I recognize how power, oppression, and privilege impact one's lived experience. Together, we'll bring curiosity and honesty to the places where you feel stuck, using compassionate confrontation to examine inconsistencies, avoidances, and unfinished experiences. This process helps you develop greater self-awareness, authenticity, and choice.
